Tasting Notes
The "Quercus" still smells of new wood and some lactic notes from the oak, lots of spice and Amarena cherry. On the palate there is a good balance of elements, ripe and grippy tannins, supporting acidity. Powerfully built with a clear contour, juicy, powerful. More Pinot Noir than Spätburgunder.
