Tasting Notes
Cuvée of Lemberger and Pinot Noir. Wild berries, heart cherry, citric and herbal-spicy tones. Very clear and complex. The palate appears stately, a strong body and stable acidity intertwine, a hint of sweetness rounds off, a little CO2 enlivens, the wine appears structured and rich in extract, has pressure and a quite sophisticated substance for rosé - and also striking mineral notes. A terroir rosé.
