Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, black core, purple reflections with faint brightening on the rim. Inviting nose with blackberry, ripe cherry, noble wood, dark chocolate and candied orange zest. Complex and close-meshed on the palate with fine structure, well-integrated tannins and a delicately savoury, chocolaty finish with plums in the background. This is a complex food wine with definite ageing potential for a few more years.
