The white wine »Tuniberg« Auxerrois trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Gebrüder Mathis has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Auxerrois from the region Baden in Germany.
Slightly subdued on the nose with yeasty notes, passion fruit, savoury hints, cress and herbs. On the palate, the wine has a good structure and phenolics that are extracted with a sense of proportion, firm but ripe acidity and a pleasant savouriness on the good finish.
