Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose red cherry and sloes, as well as some orange peel, beet and a fine smoke hint. The palate shows the wine has been vinified with understanding and feeling, with a skillful balance of substance, acidity, savouriness and carefully extracted tannins. The juicy, sweet cherry core delights to the end.
