Tasting Notes
Strong color. Slightly caramelized on the nose, but also herbal and spicy, a hint of lavender, soft and broad on the palate, expansive body, rather dry, but still round, shows the charm of the site at a good level.
More about the tastingFloral and spicy, nutmeg, rose petals, a hint of lily, followed by green apples, apple peel and kitchen herbs. Full fruit on the palate, then the barrel ageing becomes apparent, the tannins are youthful. The wine still has time.
