A highly mineral nose, with restrained citrus fruit and a slightly gingery note in the background - it's sophisticated and promising at the same time. On the palate there's lots of walnut, lemon peel and a broad minerality underpinning a core of stone fruit. It flows well, with piquant accents, and has a lot of ageing potential.
