Tasting Notes
This has a hint of corn on the nose, along with ripe yellow fruit, and some pineapple. It is balanced and silky on the palate, sublimely underpinned by the minerality of the Oelberg and Roter Hang vineyards. It is dignified and of good quality, but always in harmony with nature
More about the tastingFlax, sweetcorn, buttery, already quite fragrant, a hint of wood. Very round and silky on the palate, delicately wood-accented, pure souplesse, a hint of (extract?) sweetness; the Ölberg lives up to its name.
