Rather restrained aromas of some gooseberry, cassis and grapefruit. There's an invigorating acidity on the palate along with a finely balanced sweetness of pear and ripe currant. It feels well-structured thanks to grippy, fine phenolics, and woudl go well with a spiced curry.
