Tasting Notes
The intense lemon yellow already indicates that there is plenty of substance in the glass. Clear, vanilla wood notes on the nose, with lots of meadow herbs behind them. The high viscosity and considerable spiciness are immediately noticeable on the palate. Plenty of ripe, mild acidity for baroque lovers.
