Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Green bell pepper appears first in the fresh fragrance, flanked by gooseberry, cassis and yellow-fruity notes. There are also hints of citrus and star fruit. Juicy and fresh on the palate with a vivid and animating acidity, slight maritime notes, some salted lemon and chalky-mineral hints. Well-balanced, savoury finish, fun to drink.
