Tasting Notes
Light golden with greenish reflections. Notes of fresh yellow fruit, as well as orange, blood orange, and valerian. Straight as an arrow on the palate - juicy, very mineral and with firm acidity, while also softly rounded. Whilst very dense it remains elegant, with an incredibly nuanced complexity from bottle age, and further reserves yet to be explored.
