Tasting Notes
On the nose herbal savouriness, chamomile, dried orange peel, and pineapple. On the palate an exciting mineral extract, juicy acidity, positive astringency, in the background it is smooth rather than sweet, and crisp and long. The medium aromatic generosity reflects the coolness of the year, but the structure in its firm verticality is excellent, and there is a herbal savouriness on the finish.
