Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow, fine tropical fruit on the nose, still somewhat reserved, delicately vegetal-floral, juicy on the palate, fine extract sweetness, racy acidity structure, very good persistence, a very delicate youthful bitterness on the finish, which is due to the terroir, needs bottle ageing.
