Medium ruby, purple reflections, broad watery rim. A highly attractive bouquet, with notes of raspberry confit, candied violets, citrus zest and a hint of nougat. Juicy, elegant and light-footed, with a touch of red berry, fine acidity, a salty minerality, hints of lemon and pronounced fruit on the finish, great varietal character. Definite ageing potential.
