Deep dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a touch of rim brightening. Fine nougat notes, dark forest berry jam underlaid by roasted aromas and hints of precious wood on the nose. In the background lies mandarin zest and bourbon vanilla. The palate is juicy and complex, with a core of ripe cherry fruit and figs backed by well-integrated sweet tannins. The finely spiced finish is well balanced. Already very gluggable.
