Tasting Notes
With ethereal fruit on the nose, it pulls out all the stops of a Lemberger with noble distinguished assets. Mineral and slender. There is savouriness and fruit without showiness, it is ethereally cool and of great finesse and understatement on the palate.
More about the tastingCherry stone, quite fresh on the nose, but also herbs, thyme. On the palate with a fine acid nerve, juiciness and grainy tannin in rather carefully dosed quantities. A very clearly structured wine, with a subtle palate fruit and medium length.
