The white wine Kapellenkeller Fumé Blanc, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Graf Neipperg has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Some caramel candy, nectarine, not a very "loud" aroma. On the palate very fine phenolics clothe a supple, slightly viscous body. The acidity is seamlessly combined with the texture, carrying a compact structure that is only just beginning to fan out, fruit and flavour on the finish. Has finesse and certain ageing potential.
