A clay, slate savouriness par excellence, very clear in expression, rock dust, balsamic, but also lime zest, yellow apple and vineyard peach. On the palate, the seamless integration of supple richness and steely acidity is impressive. A very finely resolved phenolic character provides long-lasting drive, extract and minerality for decades.
