Picked early, during the main harvest. Pineapple, cumin, curry, a very clean, clear botrytis, delicately savoury, candied fruit. Viscous on the palate, but also with a steely, very transparent acidity, intense tactile minerality, an intensity of great finesse, lots of juice and nerve on the finish, great elegance - and almost animating to drink.
