Complex aroma: ample slate nuances followed by dark berry notes, also slightly cooked notes, plum, elderberry and blackberry. On the palate, a soft onset and then an infinitely fine tannic structure, very finely chiselled, yet with irrepressible power followed by a fine acidic vein which refreshes and glides smoothly before the wine finishes with silky and tactile mineral impressions.
