Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Intense aromas of blackcurrant, followed by a touch of grapefruit. Initially creamy on the palate, then a grainy (in a positive sense) tannin develops, followed by a touch of slate savouriness and notes of berries on the finish. Great intensity, needs some time to age!
