Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma is still closed, with notes of silage, but some gooseberry also appears on contact with the air. The palate opens smooth and round, but then develops a lively, firm acidity that is integrated by silky phenolics and a hint of sweetness. And there are also clear salty notes. A very individual wine.
