Delicate golden yellow, smells of pastries, aniseed bread, peach, yellow flowers, white almonds and apple after 65 months of ageing on the lees. With a creamy mousse on the palate, juicy and delicately savoury, combining freshness with substance in a dignified manner. Also suitable to accompany the menu.
