The white wine Weißer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Haack has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
Apple, light floral note and citrus fruit amongst the primary aromas, nectarine, also some pear and apricot. Due to the lively acidity, the Pinot Blanc Weissburgunder initially appears almost Riesling-like, but also melts and is serene on the palate, with a spicy finish.
