Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of ripe cherry and blackcurrant compote. Hints of marzipan and elderberry wood as well as savoury nuances. The palate is a balance between delicacy and power. Beautiful acidity, red berry fruit and cherry, but above all savoury nuances that linger on the long finish. Has certain ageing potential.
