The grape variety is easy to guess from the aroma: Cassis, mango, gooseberry and also passion fruit, savoury, peppery. On the palate, the vivid acidity sets the direction on a full-bodied background, medium-bodied, the "limestone reef" adds a fine mineral-savoury note.
