Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, light brightening on the rim. Intense noble oak savouriness, hints of dark forest berries confit, smoky savouriness, cassis and prunes. Good complexity, juicy, fine tobacco notes, dark heart cherry touch on the finish, vivid tannins, some dark chocolate in the aftertaste, lingers long, good ageing potential.
