Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening at the rim. Dark fruits of the forest, a hint of nougat and leather, with sweet new oak spice, some dried fruit, cassis and liquorice. Complex, juicy, pronounced fruit, ripe cherry, velvety, supporting tannins, some chocolate on the aftertaste, good length, definite ageing potential.
