The red wine Unplugged Cuvée X, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Hannes Reeh has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Zweigelt from the region Burgenland in Austria.
Deep dark ruby colour with opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Ripe plums, spices, dark heart cherries, subtle hints of figs, nougat and candied orange zest. Powerful, complex, notes of dark berries, vivid tannins, savoury on the finish, chocolatey, mineral and salty on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
