Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of brightening at the rim. Hints of balsamic underlay dark wild berry jam, roasted plums, nougat and some meadow herbs in the inviting bouquet. Juicy on the palate, with a fine tannin structure and a core of fresh, sweet ripe cherry. Chocolate and tobacco savouriness shows in the aftertaste which lingers well. A fruity food companion.
