The white wine »Katharina Bausch« Kiedricher Gräfenberg Riesling GG, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Hans Bausch has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The large Gräfenberg vineyard shows up in the aroma with rather dark slate notes, herbal, already impressive. Medium bodied palate and suitable extract, the terroir makes an impression with dark, spicy minerality, fine saline, rather soft, integrated acidity, the residual sweetness provides harmony, remains long on the palate, reveals the terroir.
