The white wine »Sister Act« Riesling trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Hans Wirsching has been rated in 2015 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
A closed nose with a slightly reductive, but above all mineral tint. In the mouth, aromatically well endowed, pithy and full of tension, substantial and persistent, homogeneous with a vintage-typical, unadulterated acidity that has nothing green about it. One judge wrote: "Opulence and finesse, beautiful length. Crystal clear. Almost perfect balance."
