The white wine »Alte Reben« Iphofen Kronsberg Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Hans Wirsching has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Franconia in Germany.
Typical of the variety, but not too loud on the nose, lychee, pineapple, mango, musky mallow, freshly grated nutmeg. On the palate it shows with a lot of texture, but brought into balance and length by delicate acidity and a lot of savouriness, juicy in the attack and middle, long mineral-spicy finish.
