The white wine »Jaspis Würmlin« Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Hanspeter Ziereisen has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Golden yellow in colour with rosé-coloured reflections. Still closed on the nose, with some tea notes, fresh lemons, orange zest and olives, with chamomile blossom and herbs adding fragrance. Powerful and substantial on the palate thanks to dense extract and a salty minerality. The fine acidity and beautiful phenolics create structure and leave a long and elegant impression. Certain ageing potential.
