Tasting Notes
Light gold with a reddish shimmer. Fine woody savouriness on the nose. The variety reveals itself with ripe berry aromas, as well as very ripe Charentais melon and buttery tones. On the palate, the lime tingles even more strongly than the phenolics. Firm, elegant acidity, plenty of power, but also balance and true elegance in a very broad volume.
