A very complex nose, ripe yellow fruit, a hint of exoticism, light nuttiness, almond blossom, paired with yeast and a woody spice. Dense on the palate with lots of tension, fine phenolics, salty, mineral, structured acidity, well-integrated wood and a long finish.
