Mirabelle plums, apple and herb scents. On the palate, the characteristics of a classic Spätlese with powerful structure, ripe fruit and acidity, sweet extract and some residual sweetness. Finely rounded, ideal with with scallops and pasta with a mushroom cream sauce.
