Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe pear with apple in the intense nose, also citrus fruit and almonds. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, ripe and smooth acidity, sweet extract, powerful structure, harmoniously balanced with some residual sweetness. Good substance with hearty food.
