Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Smells of almond kernels, mulberries, cherries, redcurrants with a spicy wood note and a dash of pepper. Spicy and peppery on the palate, ripe acidity, compact structure, the tannins are ripe and carry well. Aromatically beautiful, fine astringency and a hint of cinnamon.
