Light yellow green colour with silver reflections. Notes of ripe yellow pears, delicate herbal savouriness in the background, a touch of flower honey. Textured, elegant, fine fruitiness, good acidity, lingers long, very balanced, seems fresh, salty mintiness on the finish.
