Spicy, fruity bouquet with notes of gingerbread savouriness, dried dark forest berries and black cherry. A hint of café au lait and caramel. Balanced on the palate, with fresh acidity, notes of redcurrant and sour cherry as well as subtle tannins. Fresh finish.
