Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold colour. Fine brioche notes on the nose, dried apricot, a hint of orange zest, fine herbal savouriness, delicate hints of ripe pineapple. Juicy and opulent on the palate, apricot confit, yellow tinned peach and honey, very fruity, sweet texture underpinned by a mineral acid structure, ripe tropical fruit on the finish, fresh and youthful, should be allowed to rest for a few years to perfect into a great sweet wine.
