Some new oak, toast, yeast and a clear herbal spiciness. Great elegance on the palate: the soft part does not dominate, a fine acid nerve and mineral tones lend the intense texture something light, almost dancing. The (mineral) extract guarantees six, eight, ten years of development. Long lasting.
