The white wine »Großes Gewächs« Erbach Siegelsberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Heinz Nikolai Inhaber Frank Nikolai has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The wine still seems closed. It reveals citrus notes, bergamot, also a touch of flint. In the mouth the wine has some weight, a dense load of terpenes and ripe acidity give ageing potential and length - very well staged extract.
