Clear, medium yellow in colour. Ripe pear, nutmeg, citrus fruit and some mango on the nose. The restrained acidity supports lots of texture and the sticky sweetness of pear juice and ripe apricot. Good structure and medium length, perfect with pastries or apple pie.
