Intensely aromatic with lots of gooseberry, plus notes of white grapefruit and grassy nuances. Much riper than expected on the palate, notes of yellow fruit, a subtle touch of tannin adds grip and an acidity that is more flat than sharp. A pleasant, easy drinking style.
