Tasting from 20.03.2020: Herzog & Vombach

Initially somewhat restrained on the nose. Then plum compote, raspberry and nutty and savoury hints of pepper. Soft, elegant on the palate, polished, easily perceptible tannins. Beautiful acidity, long finish.
