Tasting Notes
On the nose one perceives peach and tropical hints. On the palate, the wine opens carbonated, then has a juicy, elegant, rather slender structure, a crisp acidity nerve is balanced by appropriate sweetness, the salty finish reinforces the impression of drinkability.
More about the tastingOn the nose: guava, passion fruit and exotic despite spontaneous fermentation, and fruit-driven. The wine should have macerated for two days and then sedimented, but fermentation had already begun. On the palate, the wine has body and a good acidity, seems minerally marked, dense, juicy, persistent, already has quite good drive, but also remains bundled and fresh.
