A fragrant nose, some yeast, a hint of wooden barrel. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and compact, almost slender, with lively acidity and a sweetness that is never isolated. The mousse reinforces the vertical structure. The wine finishes juicy and completely carefree. Stylish.
